Designers need to know their audience to make the most functional tools for them. But Designers also need to know themselves.

The best Design is made with intuition built and developed through practical life experience.

Reflecting on experience creates better, more well-rounded people. And good people make for better Designers.

Good people are aware of their surroundings, more observant of those around them, have greater empathy, and are more motivated to really help others.

Designers must be diligent, accountable, empathetic, reflective, open to continuous learning, and go on to teach valuable lessons to the next generation of designers.
